I know it is super late, but I wanted to show everyone my partner and I's winning piece in our annual Garde Manger Competition

Salmon Pate en Croute with Sweet Miso Sauce
Tofu Cheesecake on a Wasabi Spongecake

We scored overall the highest in the class with a 97 out of 100. The school hasn't seen a Gold Medal in 15 years, and our class won 4 gold medals alone. We weren't competing against each other or that would be called 'Hunger Games' but we were challenged by scoring and judging.
